Account and Server deleted

For some weird reason my account and server have both been deleted a day after i made the payment to ukgame.
My server was a promod 1.04 server. I was asking for helpdue to the rounds staying at 0 and other problems until eventually the person helping me stopped emailing me back. Then the next day i tried logging in and it said username is not recognised. I have receipt for payment and would like to know why i am not getting my server or account. Thanks.

I think it would be best to email / open a ticket with UKgame - make sure you include your email address you signed up with, they will be able to sort it.

Seems the forum users find it best to vent there frustration on the community forum rather than opening a ticket with our support team which can sort any problem 95% of the time
the other 5% are mod requests or (other)

Promod's still in beta anyway so there aren't any guarantees it's going to work as it should.

As far as i remember , when an account is deleted you can't send tickets , just to refresh that all your account has been suspended , there is no ways to get support
It also happened to me once and i was totally frustrated too
But finally UkGame is also a good company and we found the solution ;)

I just made another account due to my forums account being deleted aswell, ive been emailing this guy back who is an admin on here but i am getting no reply at all. i started emailing him when i opened a support ticket and he kept emailing me back until eventually i got no reply. My support account got deleted, my game account got deleted and so did my forum account. But i brought a server and i am not getting it, which to be fair is illegal.
Please just sort the account at and i'll be happy.

I think your account may be suspended not deleted? - But anyway have you tried Opening a ticket under a new account?

I can't create a new account for a support ticket because it uses my game panel login which has been suspended.

I'm still waiting for a reply from the ticket thing. So am i getting my server or should i try get my money back?

Is anyone gunna sort this out or am i gunna have to get a refund. Cos i kno u dnt do refunds, but i had the server not even a day and i paid for a month which is pathetic. Please sort this out or return my money. Because you have ignored me ever since this happened.
