added no mods just a couple of game types then edited the config text file then restarted the server and perfect all day and all night.

went to sleep then woke up cant get into server at all got friends to check it as well and although it says running still no joy now this has happened twice now.

chris sorted the problem out the first time by reinstalling the server but surely with out any modifications this should not be a problem

any of you experts can give me some help please

so to recap
sorted my game types played it all day and night with no problems and no modifications at all the config text file was edited that was the only edit i did but working perfectly after that

woke up this morning and server is not there can not log into the game server on the game at all status in cp says running restarted and still the same i did not change anything after this

just tested my settings with another server some where else and all is running smoothly

ive lost my cp server here now as well and been waiting for a reply on submitted ticket and nothing back at all

there is a problem with the server i believe as i just had this server a few days and twice on the trot it has happened

i asked the guy will it still be working tomorrow with the other server and he said yes you should get no probs at all 24 hours a day rock solid you might need to restart the server every so often and thats it

i would like to get this sorted here to and i can decide which to stick to for the long term

just woke up this morning and the other server is running fine

that goes to show its not what i did as chris was saying as its the same settings with the same game types

so please can this be finally looked at as i would like to keep this server as well for future use

still no server in cp and no server from here on the game either support is needed

chris i cant submit a ticket and still have not been refunded

why did you cut my off without refunding me first

sorry to broadcast it here but i have no other choice

very disapointed so far

i please submit a ticket in guest form and i shall email Neil as i do not have access to this type of system for bank refunds

Hi Gav,

There has been a delay in refunds as i am on holiday at present and i am the only person able to process them.

I will be back on wednesday at 7am, and will sort out all refunds then. Unfortunatly Chris is not able to help you and i was meant to be back last week so the blame is firmly with me here.

(i say Holiday, it's more a rewiring job and visiting relatives )
