24h hour ago i rent cs:source server.I installed MM:S and Sourcemod.
Apparently, something went wrong cause server is down.

I tryed contact support but i can only login support ticket at guest,not member login.Its says everytime: Session has expired. Please log-in again.
I can get game panel and restart/stop game but nothing hapend.

Point is, my server is still down and support only says:

Your showing us as a guest here
you must contact us via your registered email address, this will be
the email address you used to buy your server with and where you got
your welcome emails

And that last message come 16 hour ago...

Well maybe i made mistake somewhere, but but i need help to solved that.

Hi Molli,

I am looking into this still, there apears to be an error on some new server hardware that is blocking ports (well responding saying they are in use when they are not).

Dear Sir
This issue has been resolved with our hardware, if you could add a support ticket
with your transaction information and the name & email address on the account i shall reset your password so you can login correctly so i can check the account properly.
