This was a bit of a surprise I must admit as a customer/client my response can only be this. I am very sorry you have taken this course of action as I have no way of fixing the bots or installing the omni-bots 0.71 on this server I needed your help. What can I say at the end of my service I will close my account and move on to another service that will give 100% support I gave you my money with nothing less than that expectation. Thanks

Im sure you can look through the massive amount of closed tickets that i gave my upmost to try to solve your issues with this mod.
However i did not make the mod, and could not help regarding it any longer

I completely agree with Chris (Nice Name huh :D)
To be honest why should he learn about something and fully support it.

When they didn't write it and it is a third party mod.

About ukgame dont have support, not true, in my case since the start i got my server here i knew that some question have no answer here but in mod's forum yes i will surely have my answers

to tell you the truth i never asked in any forum cos i find a lot answers to question from people had similar problems and they got the solution

So my advice to you... keep learning you server setting and ask if you need to ask but never expecting to find a solution in one time (it happen sometimes)

there is no need to blame ukgame for what was your problem :p and one more thing (i'll do my steve jobs here^^)
Ask in ukgame forum for help if through Support Tickets you have no solution, i think more than one will help you without a doubt ;)

If I can do it then it should be a snap for ALL of the ppl who post a comment here, I am a novice and no harm but its not a very good business practice to slag off a new client that was unnecessary and if you cannot because your technical skills are no better then mine, then just say so.

I will say that program is very buggy I went to other sites for the information that I needed, lucky I do have a background in some game programming or would still be "SOL". Thanks for the support that you have given keep up the good work.

I dont see anywhere where i did this, i was stating the issue at hand.
Also i think i have worked quite afew years 10+ making and configuring game servers on may levels and unfortunatly i do not know every solution to every problem regarding mods.
Sorry your server did not work with a mod on default but in no way are ukgame at fault with issues with mods.
