IVE FOUND UKGAMING VERY HARD TO USE
Therefore i wish a refund of my money due to poor quality of acess to areas such as its very hard to contace the members here personally only ina forum and i have bought the server topday and already have had 3 random crashed and 2 administritive defaults by your team which have prevemted me from accessing my server for around 3 hours therefore i wish a refund :(

I feel as though ukgame are hard to use and very complicated setup therefore i would like to take up on your "3 day money back guarente" Please may u repay the Selected Â£24.40 to my mothers account thanks :(

Servers only become disabled on installation of mods from our system or reinstalls both will take time to install
Even the Game Panel Says what it is doing before and when you press the confirmation button.

all actions from when the server is installed, are your's alone, if your server was offline it will of been either a user mistake or a reinstall or a mod install with in both you choose to do.

We are happy to look over the server for you if you add a support ticket, and correct you in the mistakes, or problems you are facing

I'm not sure what else you where talking about as i cannot read your words

All our clients get a welcome email on how to access our support system with there login information.

While it is unusual we ever recieve a complaint about access ease, if you did order today as you said, we offer a 3 day money back for all customers.
